Welcome to Earth Signature Norway.
This website and online store are operated by Signature AS, trading as Earth Signature Norway. Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Earth Signature Norway / Signature AS.
Our website, earthsignature.no, including the information, content, features, products and services available through it, is powered by Shopify.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, govern your use of our website and your purchases from our online store.
By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable Norwegian law.

You may browse our website without creating a customer account. Where customer accounts are available, you are responsible for keeping your account information secure.
When placing an order, you must provide accurate, current and complete information, including your name, email address, delivery address, telephone number and payment information where required.

When you place an order through earthsignature.no, you are submitting an offer to purchase the selected products.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be processed, incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.
If an order that has already been paid for is cancelled by us, the appropriate amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Prices, VAT and Payment
All prices on earthsignature.no are displayed in Norwegian kroner (NOK) unless otherwise stated.
Prices displayed to customers include applicable Norwegian VAT (MVA), unless expressly stated otherwise.
Payment is processed using the payment methods made available at checkout. Available methods may vary depending on the customer's device, order and payment provider.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and/or other payment providers made available through our checkout.
We reserve the right to change product prices and promotions. Any changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted, except where required to correct an obvious error and permitted by applicable law.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We currently deliver orders within Norway only.
Orders below NOK 300 are charged a flat shipping fee of NOK 50.
Orders of NOK 300 or more qualify for free shipping.
Orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as reasonably possible. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address and contact information.

7. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Returns, refunds and replacements are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable Norwegian consumer law.

Earth Signature Norway is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our online store and related services.
However, purchases made through our store are made directly between you and Earth Signature Norway / Signature AS.
Shopify provides the ecommerce technology and related services used to operate the store but is not the seller of the Earth Signature products you purchase from us.
11. Privacy and Personal Information
Personal information collected through our website and online store is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection legislation.
Because our online store is powered by Shopify, certain information may also be processed by Shopify and other service providers necessary to operate the store, process payments, fulfil orders and provide related services.
