Returns
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition unless the product is defective.
Please contact us within 14 days of your purchase if you wish to request a return or refund. When contacting us, please include your order details and any relevant information or photographs that may help us process your request.

Refunds and Replacements
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process the approved refund or arrange a replacement, as applicable.
Refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or you believe it has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@earthsignature.no as soon as possible and provide your order details along with photographs where appropriate.
